Domiciliary Care

What is Domiciliary Care?

A care service providing people with disabilities and learning difficulties, support to live independently, in their own home, out and about in the community, and to access alternative day services.

Who is it for?

Adult aged 18 to 65 with learning difficulties, learning disabilities, autism, transitions to adult services, mental health, and parents with learning disabilities.

For over 65s - our 'Golden Oldies' - we offer quality care-at-home services, with a care package that’s right for you, with fully-trained carers providing support as little or as often as you need.

How does it work?

Make a referral by contacting us via phone or email, and a home visit will be arranged, which will include an assessment of needs and support.
